I help CEOs mobilize their organisations - not through top-down direction, but through trust, shared purpose, and collective ownership.
Formerly Global VP Marketing Strategy at Unilever, I’ve spent decades driving positive change in leading companies including Mars Inc, GSK, M&S, and Lloyds Bank.

I’ve also led two start-ups. Since 2017, I’ve helped leaders of small- and mid-sized businesses such as GO PLC, Charlie Bigham’s, and Lime to mission-mobilize their senior teams and whole workforces.

A Personal Note
I live in the Surrey Hills near London, where you’ll often find me running, cycling, or walking with my partner Alana and our golden retriever, Timber.
